TST Labs develops, publishes, operates, and provides games, applications, websites, and other digital products. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you interact with TST Labs products and services.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors or app stores. TST Labs generally does not directly store complete payment-card information. Payment providers may independently process transaction information according to their own policies and terms.
TST Labs websites may use cookies or similar technologies where necessary for functionality, security, analytics, or other legitimate purposes.
TST Labs products may be accessible to users of different ages. TST Labs does not intentionally request unnecessary personal information from children. Parents or guardians should supervise children's use of internet-connected services.
TST Labs takes reasonable measures intended to protect information. However, no internet-connected system, server, network, device, or digital transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. TST Labs does not guarantee that its websites, applications, games, servers, or other services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from technical problems.
Individual TST Labs games or applications may have additional privacy notices that apply specifically to those products. Where a product-specific privacy policy exists, it should be read together with this policy.
TST Labs may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. The updated version will become effective when published.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TST Labs shall not be responsible for losses, damages, privacy incidents, security incidents, third-party actions, technical failures, or other consequences arising from circumstances outside TST Labs' reasonable control. TST Labs provides games, applications, websites, and other digital entertainment products. By accessing or using TST Labs services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
TST Labs products are created primarily for entertainment and recreational purposes. TST Labs does not guarantee that every user will enjoy a product or receive any particular experience, result, score, achievement, or outcome.
You are responsible for using TST Labs products appropriately and in accordance with applicable laws and platform rules.
TST Labs may modify, update, suspend, replace, restrict, or discontinue any game, application, feature, server, or service at any time. Features and availability may change without notice.
All purchases of TST Labs digital products are considered final. TST Labs does not voluntarily provide refunds merely because you changed your mind, no longer want the product, do not enjoy the product, expected different features, stopped using the product, or experienced ordinary gameplay dissatisfaction. Any legally mandatory refund rights or applicable app-store/payment-platform refund rights remain unaffected.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers or app stores. TST Labs is not responsible for failures, delays, restrictions, errors, or decisions made independently by payment providers or app stores.
Games and websites may experience bugs, server outages, connection problems, compatibility issues, maintenance, performance problems, data loss, device-related problems, or internet-related problems. TST Labs does not guarantee that these issues will never occur.
Some TST Labs products may allow users to interact with other players. TST Labs does not control the independent actions, statements, behavior, or decisions of other users.
You are solely responsible for your own actions, decisions, communications, purchases, account activity, and use of TST Labs services.
TST Labs cannot guarantee that every other user will behave appropriately. Users should exercise reasonable caution when interacting with other people online.
Where children or minors use TST Labs products, parents or legal guardians are responsible for appropriate supervision and for decisions concerning purchases and internet use.
TST Labs and its licensors retain ownership of their respective games, software, branding, logos, artwork, designs, text, graphics, and other intellectual property unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit TST Labs intellectual property without permission.
TST Labs may depend on third-party hosting providers, payment processors, app stores, internet services, software libraries, or other services. TST Labs does not control those independent services.
TST Labs does not guarantee continuous availability of its websites or services. Services may become unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures, security events, third-party failures, network problems, or other circumstances.
TST Labs may add, remove, change, rebalance, update, or discontinue features at any time.
TST Labs does not guarantee permanent preservation of game progress, scores, settings, profiles, usernames, statistics, or other digital information.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TST Labs services are provided without guarantees that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, completely accurate, or suitable for every user's particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TST Labs and its owners, developers, operators, employees, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar losses arising from or related to the use of TST Labs services.
TST Labs does not guarantee that its services will always operate perfectly or that problems will never occur.
Users must not use TST Labs services for unlawful activity, abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, disruption of services, or other activities prohibited by applicable law or platform rules.
TST Labs may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to its services where reasonably necessary, including for abuse, security concerns, violations of these Terms, or operational reasons.
Users may report technical problems or inappropriate activity to supermoniorunsupport@gmail.com. TST Labs may investigate reports but does not guarantee a particular outcome.
Information is handled according to the applicable TST Labs Privacy Policy and any product-specific privacy policy.
TST Labs is not responsible for independent actions, statements, decisions, communications, or conduct of users or other third parties. Each person is responsible for their own conduct.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, users may be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their own unlawful use, misuse, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
These Terms are subject to applicable laws and regulations governing TST Labs and the user's use of its services.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with applicable policies and product-specific terms, constitute the agreement governing use of the relevant TST Labs services.
TST Labs may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after an updated version is published may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms where legally permitted.
TST Labs creates and provides digital entertainment products. Use of TST Labs services is at the user's own responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TST Labs does not accept responsibility for losses, damages, technical problems, third-party conduct, user conduct, service interruptions, data loss, or other consequences arising from use of its services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

TST Labs games, applications, and digital products are primarily entertainment products. Purchasing a digital product means that you have chosen to obtain access to the product under the applicable purchase terms.
All purchases are final and non-refundable as a general TST Labs policy. TST Labs does not voluntarily provide refunds simply because a purchaser changed their mind, no longer wants the product, does not enjoy the product, expected different features, stopped playing, or purchased the product accidentally, where the applicable platform does not require a refund.
Nothing in this policy removes a refund, cancellation, replacement, or other consumer right that TST Labs is legally required to provide. Where applicable law requires a refund, that legal requirement will apply.
If a purchase was made through an app store, the app store's purchase and refund procedures may apply. Refund decisions may therefore be handled by the relevant platform.
TST Labs is not responsible for independent payment-provider failures, declined transactions, processing delays, banking problems, duplicate processing caused by third parties, or other payment-system issues outside TST Labs' reasonable control.
If you believe a transaction was duplicated or unauthorized, you should promptly contact the relevant payment provider or app store and, where appropriate, TST Labs at supermoniorunsupport@gmail.com.
Technical problems do not automatically create a right to a refund. TST Labs may attempt to resolve genuine technical issues, but does not guarantee that every technical issue will result in a refund.
TST Labs may modify, update, rebalance, remove, replace, or discontinue features. Changes to a game do not automatically create a refund entitlement unless required by applicable law or the relevant platform's rules.
Loss of progress, scores, statistics, settings, usernames, or other digital information does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
Multiplayer services may experience downtime, maintenance, technical problems, player misconduct, connection problems, or other interruptions. Such events do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Digital purchases generally cannot be cancelled after access to the purchased digital product has been provided, except where applicable law or platform rules provide otherwise.
Where a refund may legally be available, the purchaser may contact supermoniorunsupport@gmail.com. The request should include sufficient information to identify the transaction. TST Labs may review the request according to applicable law and the relevant purchase platform's rules.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising purchases made by children or minors using their devices or payment methods, subject to applicable law and platform rules.
Except where required by applicable law or the applicable platform's rules, submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be provided.
TST Labs may modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The updated policy will apply after it is published, subject to applicable law.
TST Labs' general policy is that digital purchases are final and non-refundable. TST Labs is not voluntarily responsible for refunds resulting solely from dissatisfaction, changed preferences, lack of use, gameplay expectations, technical circumstances outside TST Labs' reasonable control, or independent third-party failures. However, this policy does not remove any refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
